WHAT will happen on my First visit?
Your initial consultation will be 60 minutes. The time may vary depending the number areas to be assessed or a complex problem. A thorough clinical assessment will be undertaken to determine the source of your symptoms and nature of your condition. A broader view will be required to ascertain the presence of an underlying cause contributing to you clinical presentation.
We will summarise your findings and devise a treatment plan identifying your specific, timed goals. Often we will start the process of treatment in this appointment so please bring appropriate clothing (T-shirt, vest, shorts, sports leggings)
Follow-up treatments sessions are 30 or 45 minutes depending on the your requirements.
If you have undergone any investigations prior to your visit e.g. X-rays or MRI scans please bring it along the disc and report so we have all relevant information pertaining to your condition. After your initial consultation, where appropriate we may advise that you be reviewed by an Orthopaedic consultant, Neurologist or another specialist. This will ensure that you get the best care possible for your problem.
